2. Information we collect
This is primarily an informational site. The documentation includes an optional Ask GEO assistant and page-feedback control. You can also subscribe to the drio changelog with your email address.
We process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp in our hosting provider’s server logs. Ask GEO processes your submitted question; feedback records the page and whether it was useful.
PostHog helps us understand aggregate use. For changelog subscriptions we store your email address, status, delivery history, and security tokens needed to confirm or end the subscription.
3. How we use this information
Server logs are used solely to deliver and secure the site under our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Ask GEO questions are processed only to generate the requested answer. Do not include personal or confidential information. Feedback is used to improve the documentation.
Changelog data is processed with your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Your subscriber record is deleted when you unsubscribe; unconfirmed requests are deleted after 24 hours. The email provider may retain delivery logs under its own obligations.
4. Service providers
The site is hosted by Vercel, Inc. (USA). Ask GEO questions are sent to OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA). Upstash, Inc. (USA) receives a short-lived, IP-derived identifier to prevent abuse.
Changelog subscriptions are stored with Convex, Inc. (USA), and email is delivered by Resend, Inc. (USA). PostHog, Inc. (USA) processes interaction and technical usage data. Changelog credentials are removed from the URL before analytics loads.
If webhook feedback delivery is enabled, the page, usefulness choice, and timestamp are sent to the configured destination. Contact us for the current recipient before submitting feedback.
5. Fonts
Fonts are self-hosted and served from this domain. No requests are made to third-party font services.
6. Booking a call
The “Book an intro call” button links to cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.). If you book, cal.com processes the data you enter under its own privacy policy.
7. How we share your information
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with the providers and configured feedback destination described above as needed to operate the requested feature, and with authorities when required by law.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Policy updates
We may update this policy. The latest version is always published on this page.
